Inside Skywork:
- No “Custom Domain” option
- No DNS instructions provided
- No A record or CNAME values

🚨 Root Cause
At the time of writing:
👉 Skywork custom domain support is not fully available yet
Even though:
- Documentation mentions it
- The feature exists in theory
👉 It is not accessible in all accounts.

- Your domain (IONOS) → configured correctly
- Your website (Skywork) → cannot accept custom domains
So:
👉 Your domain has nowhere to point to.
Common Mistake
Most people assume:
If DNS is correct, the website should work
But in this case:
👉 The issue is the platform — not DNS.
✅ Quick Fix (What Actually Worked)
To get the site live immediately, I used:
Frame Redirect (IONOS)
Configuration:
- Domain forwarding → Frame redirect
- Your website (Skywork) → cannot accept custom domains
Result:
- Website became accessible instantly
- Domain showed the site
- Client confirmed everything was working
⚠️ Limitations of This Method
Frame redirect is a workaround:
- Uses iframe behind the scenes
- Not ideal for SEO
