HTC Google Nexus One is a GSM device released in 2010 with 512 MB of RAM and 1 GHz Scorpion CPU. It was released with Android OS v2.1 Eclair and them received updates till v2.3.6 Gingerbread. Although official updates discontinued, you can update your Nexus One with later version of Android using custom ROMs.
