I followed all your excellent guides on virtualmin and nginx, and securing those, optimization, etc. 

However, following your Flarum tutorial — I end up with 403 permission error on my domain.  Trust me, I've followed it to the i, and on many clean VPS installs.  Even asked AIs and literally nothing helps.
