I couldn't find any other way:

For some reason I am unable to leave my details in Order Discussion... I think it has to do with me changing my order recently.

When I enter the order discussion forum I get the message:

Your user level does not have appropriate permission to view the content

I wonder if I need to do something to get access to Order Discussion or can you do something at your end?

Also, will I need to install Ubuntu 16.04 for the mail server setup or is 20.04 good enough?

Please inform me and I will go ahead and purchase the correct VPS.
