Yeah It’s all about Hunger Games, the movie, Cast, story & many more. For a week or so The Hunger Games has been the trend of Hollywood. So I couldn’t prevent myself from writing this. Yes I’m excited too. Although it’s not in my list of must watch movies of 2012. It’s going to be a big hit. Bad for you, if you only watch 10 movies in a year. This will be my 11th.
Movie is schedule to release on 23rd of march 2012 & based on the first novel of The Hunger Games trilogy, written by Suzanne Collins.
The Hunger Games, The Book
Book was originally published in hardcover on September 14, 2008. Story is first person & about sixteen year old Katniss Everdeen, who lives in a post-apocalyptic world in the country of Panem where the countries of North America once existed. The Capitol, a highly advanced metropolis, holds absolute power over the rest of the nation. The Hunger Games are an annual event in which one boy and one girl aged 12 to 18 from each of the 12 districts surrounding the Capitol are selected by lottery to compete in a televised battle in which only one person can survive.
The Hunger Games had initial print of 200,000 and also available in paperback & e-book versions.
The Hunger Games, The Movie
As we all know, Movie is schedule to release on 23rd (USA) this month. It’s a science-fiction action movie & I’m pretty sure it won’t miss some romance. Movie was directed by Gary Ross. Story will go with the book as writer Collins she adopted story for film. Estimated budget for movie is around $78 million. On February 22, 2012, The Hunger Games broke records for advanced ticket sales on the site Fandango. The sales were reported to be 83 percent of the site’s totals, toppling the previous record-holder, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, which set a record on May 14, 2010.

No big names, that among the few reasons why I decided to keeps this movie out of my list. But yet you can find very talented individuals in this list. And Jennifer Lawrence is becoming very famous lately.

Jennifer plays the main rule of the film. She was known for X-Men: First Class, which she played rule of Raven / Mystique. She was a blonde and had to dye her hair to brown for production. There more to talk about but it’s better to wait till release.
