This giant man-made pool is located at San Alfonso del Mar Resort in Chile. It is the World’s Largest Pool. It’s called ‘The Crystal Lagoon’.
The pool is nearly 900 meters long, 400 meters deep and covers 20 acres of city of Algarrobo coast. It also holds the Guinness World Record for deepest man-made pool in the world. Once it’s filled, it holds 66 million gallons of crystal clear seawater and it’s six times bigger than second largest pool in the world.

Officials say that it takes 2 million pounds per year to keep it working. Project was started in 2006 and took nearly five years and one billion pounds to complete.
