VPSFix Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 26th August 2026
Last updated: 26th August 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all services provided by VPSFix, including hosting, server management, technical services, VPSFix Mail, and related products or services.
By purchasing, accessing, or using a VPSFix service, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to the VPSFix Terms of Service and any service-specific policies that apply to your plan.
1. General Requirement
You may use VPSFix services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm VPSFix, other customers, third parties, service providers, networks, systems, or the reputation and operation of shared infrastructure.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, including activity performed by your employees, contractors, applications, users, or anyone to whom you provide access.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use VPSFix services to engage in, facilitate, promote, or knowingly support:
- spam or unsolicited bulk messaging;
- phishing, impersonation, credential theft, or social engineering;
- malware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, malicious scripts, or other harmful software;
- fraud, scams, deceptive commercial practices, or fraudulent financial activity;
- unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data;
- credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, vulnerability exploitation, or similar abuse;
- denial-of-service attacks or intentional disruption of systems or networks;
- distribution of stolen credentials, payment data, personal information, or other unlawfully obtained data;
- copyright, trademark, or intellectual-property infringement;
- illegal goods, services, or activities;
- content or activity prohibited by applicable law;
- attempts to evade restrictions, suspensions, enforcement actions, quotas, or abuse controls imposed by VPSFix or an upstream provider;
- use that causes excessive resource consumption or materially degrades service for other customers.
3. Email and Messaging
All email activity through VPSFix services is also subject to the VPSFix Mail Email & Anti-Spam Policy where applicable.
You may not use VPSFix infrastructure to send:
- unsolicited bulk email;
- email to purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or otherwise improperly obtained address lists;
- phishing or deceptive messages;
- messages using forged or misleading sender identities;
- messages designed to evade spam filtering, blocklists, complaint systems, or provider enforcement.
Additional restrictions apply to VPSFix Mail Managed plans because those plans use VPSFix-operated sending infrastructure.
4. Security Responsibilities
You must take reasonable steps to protect your account, credentials, applications, domains, and systems.
You must not intentionally expose credentials, API keys, passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive authentication information.
If you become aware of unauthorized access, compromise, malware, or other security issues affecting a VPSFix service, you should notify VPSFix promptly.
VPSFix may temporarily restrict access to an affected service where necessary to protect systems, customers, or third parties.
5. Resource and Infrastructure Abuse
You may not use a VPSFix service in a way that:
- causes sustained excessive CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, connection, or other resource consumption beyond the intended scope of the service;
- interferes with the normal operation of shared infrastructure;
- deliberately circumvents service limits;
- generates abusive network traffic;
- repeatedly causes IP addresses, domains, or shared infrastructure to be blocklisted or restricted.
Where appropriate, VPSFix may throttle, restrict, suspend, or require corrective action instead of immediately terminating a service.
6. Third-Party Services
Some VPSFix services rely on or integrate with third-party providers.
You must comply with the applicable terms and acceptable-use requirements of those providers when using them through or in connection with VPSFix.
A third-party provider may independently suspend, limit, or terminate access to its services.
VPSFix is not obligated to help a customer bypass or circumvent a legitimate restriction imposed by a third-party provider.
7. Investigation and Enforcement
VPSFix may investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
Where reasonably necessary, VPSFix may:
- request information about your use of the service;
- request evidence relating to activity, data sources, or consent;
- restrict or throttle activity;
- temporarily suspend a service;
- disable access to specific functionality;
- require corrective action;
- terminate a service for serious or repeated violations;
- cooperate with upstream service providers or lawful authorities where required.
VPSFix may take immediate action without prior notice when necessary to prevent abuse, security incidents, reputational damage, infrastructure disruption, or harm to third parties.
8. Customer Responsibility
Approval of an account, order, campaign, configuration, or technical setup by VPSFix does not mean that VPSFix has verified that all customer activity is lawful or compliant.
You remain responsible for:
- the legality of your activity;
- the content you publish or send;
- the data you collect and use;
- your users and recipients;
- obtaining any required consent or authorization;
- compliance with applicable laws and third-party provider rules.
9. Reporting Abuse
Suspected abuse involving VPSFix services may be reported to:
Email: abuse@vpsfix.com
Please include sufficient information for us to investigate the report.
10. Changes to This Policy
VPSFix may update this AUP from time to time.
Material changes will take effect from the date stated at the top of the updated policy, subject to any notice requirements contained in the VPSFix Terms of Service.
