At present, payment processing may be provided by PayHere.

We do not rely on the obsolete WooCommerce or AutomateWoo systems previously used on the website.

7. VPSFix Mail Customer Account Data
For VPSFix Mail customers, we may process account information including:
- customer name;
- email address;
- business details;
- service plan;
- subscription status;
- sending limits;
- sending domains;
- tracking domains;
- application login information;
- operational account settings.
This information is used to provision, administer, secure, and support VPSFix Mail.
8. Customer Mailing-List and Campaign Data
VPSFix Mail allows customers to upload, store, manage, and use data relating to their own subscribers and recipients.

- custom contact fields;
- mailing lists;
- tags;
- segments;
- suppression records;
- campaign content;
- campaign settings;

- campaign history;
- bounce data;

For this category of data, the VPSFix Mail customer generally determines why the data is collected and how it is used.
VPSFix processes this data primarily to provide the VPSFix Mail service.
9. Customer Responsibility for Subscriber Data
VPSFix Mail customers are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis to:
- collect subscriber information;
- upload subscriber information to VPSFix Mail;
- send email to recipients;
- use tracking features;
- process recipient information;
- comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and communications laws.
VPSFix does not independently verify the legal basis for every subscriber record uploaded by a customer.
Customer account approval does not constitute legal approval of the customer’s mailing list.
10. Managed VPSFix Mail Plans
For Managed VPSFix Mail plans, VPSFix operates or controls the sending infrastructure used to deliver customer email.
As part of providing the service, VPSFix and its sending providers may process information including:
- recipient addresses;
- sender information;
- message content;
- campaign identifiers;
- delivery metadata;
- bounce information;
- complaint information;
- suppression information;
- sending and reputation data.
This processing is necessary to deliver email, manage abuse, protect shared infrastructure, and maintain sending reputation.
11. Unmanaged / Bring Your Own Sending Plans
For Unmanaged VPSFix Mail plans, the customer connects a third-party sending provider or account.
When email is sent through that provider, information such as:
- recipient addresses;
- sender information;
- message content;
- delivery metadata;
may be transmitted to and processed by the customer’s chosen provider.
The customer is responsible for selecting an appropriate provider and reviewing that provider’s privacy and data-processing practices.
VPSFix does not control the independent privacy practices of customer-selected sending providers.
12. Email Tracking
Where enabled, VPSFix Mail may provide email tracking features such as:
- delivery tracking;
- open tracking;
- click tracking;
- bounce tracking;
- complaint tracking;
- unsubscribe tracking.
These features may process recipient identifiers, IP addresses, timestamps, device or browser information, link interactions, and related metadata.
Customers are responsible for determining whether and how these features may lawfully be used for their recipients.
13. Access by VPSFix Personnel
Authorized VPSFix personnel may access customer account or service data where reasonably necessary to:
- provide technical support;
- troubleshoot problems;
- investigate abuse;
- secure systems;
- maintain infrastructure;
- respond to customer requests;
- comply with legal obligations.
Access should be limited to personnel and purposes reasonably necessary for the task.
VPSFix does not use customer mailing-list data for unrelated marketing purposes.

For Managed VPSFix Mail plans, this may include third-party email delivery infrastructure such as Amazon SES or another provider used by VPSFix.
For Unmanaged plans, customer-selected sending providers are generally chosen and controlled by the customer rather than VPSFix.
VPSFix may update its service providers over time.
17. Sharing of Personal Information
VPSFix may share personal information where reasonably necessary with:
- service providers acting on our behalf;
- payment processors;
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- email delivery providers;
- professional advisers;
- authorities where legally required;
- parties involved in a business restructuring, acquisition, or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.
18. International Processing
VPSFix and its service providers may process information in countries other than the customer’s own country.
As a result, information may be subject to laws that differ from those in the customer’s jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, VPSFix may use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
19. Data Security
VPSFix uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information.
These may include:

- authentication;

However, no online system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

VPSFix is not obligated to retain customer data indefinitely after termination.
21. Backups
VPSFix may maintain backups of systems and customer data for recovery, continuity, and security purposes.
Deleted information may remain in backups for a limited period until those backups are rotated or expired.
Backups are not intended to provide customers with indefinite archival storage.
22. Customer Data Export and Deletion
Where supported by the service, customers may export their own data before cancelling or terminating a service.
Customers may contact VPSFix to request deletion of account data where applicable.
Some information may need to be retained where required for:
- accounting;
- fraud prevention;
- legal compliance;
- dispute resolution;
- enforcement of agreements;
- security records.
23. Data Processing on Behalf of VPSFix Mail Customers
Where VPSFix processes subscriber or recipient personal data on behalf of a VPSFix Mail customer, VPSFix generally acts as a service provider or processor with respect to that data.
The customer is generally responsible for determining:
- the purposes of processing;
- the categories of recipients;
- the legal basis for collection;
- the content of communications;
- retention decisions;
- compliance with applicable privacy and marketing law.
Additional data-processing terms may be made available through a Data Processing Addendum.
24. Customer Instructions
VPSFix processes customer-controlled mailing data primarily according to the customer’s use of VPSFix Mail and the functionality of the service.
VPSFix may also process such data where necessary to:
- maintain security;
- prevent abuse;
- protect infrastructure;
- comply with law;
- enforce applicable policies.
25. Data Breach and Security Incidents
If VPSFix becomes aware of a security incident affecting personal information, VPSFix may investigate and take appropriate steps to:
- contain the incident;
- protect affected systems;
- restore service;
- notify affected customers;
- notify authorities where required by law.
Customers using VPSFix Mail are responsible for handling any notifications or obligations that apply to them as controllers or business operators, except where VPSFix is legally required to act directly.

VPSFix services are intended for business and adult users and are not designed for children.
Customers must not knowingly use VPSFix services to collect or process children’s personal information in violation of applicable law.
We should have legal counsel determine whether a specific minimum age statement is appropriate.
27. Marketing Communications From VPSFix
VPSFix may send service-related communications necessary to manage customer accounts and Services.
Where VPSFix sends promotional communications, customers may opt out using the method provided in those messages, except for communications necessary for:
- account security;
- billing;
- service administration;
- legal notices;
- other essential service matters.
28. Customer Rights
Depending on applicable law and jurisdiction, individuals may have rights regarding personal information, such as:
