Watermark is a little text or logo that you can use to protects your images. You can simply type or copy-paste watermark to an image using any photo editing software. But if you have more than 20-30 images, it can cost you some series time.

Fortunately, there is an easy way of doing this with Photoshop. Once you complete this tutorial, you can add your watermark to any image with just one click.

Creating Watermark with Photoshop

Open your Photoshop and create a new file (Ctrl+N). A dialogue box will open. Give your watermark a name, size and select ‘Background Content’ as Transparent. Then hit ‘Ok’. It’ll create a new blank image. Size can be anything you want. If you would like to add a big watermark, you may need something like 1000×300 or if you prefer small size, you can go with 100×40. I’ll use a 400×100 image for this tutorial.

Now type your text into the image we just created. You can also copy-paste image (Logo) into this new image if you have any. Be creative with your watermark. Try deferent fonts and make it unique.
