LG Optimus 3D is the first ever mobile phone with a 3D screen and dual camera for 3D recording. It was released in July, 2011. It’s Android OS is upgradable to v4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). But with custom ROMs from this page, you can enjoy up to v4.4.4 KitKat of Android.
Please note that some ROMs does not include 3D features. If you want 3D to work, make sure the ROM supports it before flashing.
