Change the private dns address to your elastic IP and try to open again. Make sure you open https version. Eg
https://ipaddress:10000
You should see a SSL warning page if its working.Â

it worked when I put Https:// in front on sendy.mydomain, shouldn't it point to it its just sendy.mydomain?

Accessing Virtualmin with http is insecure. It's configured only allow https. That's why you got that message.Â
